Buying guide

Fresh leads or a full company list?

A company list covers every active carrier in a territory today; fresh leads add each new carrier the morning it appears. How to choose, with current prices.

Two different jobs

A company list is the whole market at one moment: every active carrier with a physical address in the states you buy. Fresh leads are the change: carriers that register, reactivate or receive operating authority, delivered every morning. Teams that sell to new carriers, such as insurance agents, factoring companies and dispatchers, start with fresh leads; teams that work an established territory buy the list as well.

State, bundle or nationwide

A state list costs $149. Bundles of several states are discounted (10% for 2, 15% for 3, 20% from 4), up to 5 states for $596; beyond that the nationwide list, $699 for all 50 states and DC, costs less. All lists share the same 44 columns.

Fresh leads do not include the full historical database, and a list does not update itself; many teams buy the list for their states once and subscribe to fresh leads to stay current. Check both with the free sample and the pricing page.
