Customer information
Orders store the payment provider’s checkout and customer identifiers, email where supplied, purchased coverage, status and download usage. Payments are not currently enabled. The app does not store card numbers. Digest recipients are stored only for the requested subscription delivery.
Sessions and support
An essential HTTP-only cookie keeps the private subscription session. Contact forms store your name, email, topic and message. Rate limits store a hashed request key. Keep private purchase links and API tokens secret.
Public carrier records
Carrier information comes from public FMCSA data and may contain individual or sole-proprietor contacts. Contact support for a correction or removal request. Source-record corrections should also be filed with FMCSA.
