A pack buys the published snapshot shown when checkout begins. Downloads open after confirmed payment, remain available for 48 hours and allow five downloads per purchased file. Save files locally; future refreshes are not part of a pack purchase.
Monthly subscriptions
State $29/month covers one selected state; Regional $59/month covers up to five selected states; Nationwide $99/month and Team $199/month cover all 50 states plus DC. Plans renew monthly. Manage cancellation through the billing portal. Paid-through access remains available when renewal is canceled; refunds, disputes, expiry or pauses can end access.
Feed scope and availability
The feed contains newly discovered carriers and labeled registration, reactivation and authority signals. It is separate from the full historical database. Daily volume is not guaranteed; FMCSA posting dates can lag. State, Regional and Nationwide offer up to 30 days of available history; Team offers 90, beginning with our first publication.
Permitted use
Use data for lawful business research and outreach in accordance with applicable rules. Public records do not provide marketing consent. Do not resell the dataset, imply FMCSA endorsement or use it for FCRA-regulated eligibility decisions.
Accuracy and support
Carriers self-report information and older filings can be stale. Deliverability, consent, current operations and commercial suitability are not guaranteed. Contact support for delivery problems, corrections or billing questions; statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
